Third Party Claims Management (TPCM) Limited specialise in administering life assurance claims of all types and providing specialist technical guidance and advice for client companies (CC) who may not have the requisite expertise, knowledge, experience or resource within their own organisations.

One of our primary roles is to provide ongoing processing and administration for claims which cannot be classed as ‘one-off’ claims. For example, under an Income Protection Policy payments are potentially ongoing and long-term dependence upon the state of the incapacity of the life assured.

Claims of this nature are not specifically dependent upon one distinct or terminal event. They need to be continually reviewed and monitored to ensure that the claim is still valid in accordance with the appropriate terms and conditions of the original contract.

Whilst standard industry practices will be adhered to, no two referrals are the same. Apparently similar cases will have differences and this is where the experience, knowledge and expertise of the TPCM Management and Assessment team comes to the fore in assessing the referral and producing the appropriate recommendations to our client companies.
