The Team:

Adrian Sharp (Chairman) is a chartered insurer and has worked in the life insurance industry for over 30 years. He is currently employed by the Prudential and brings his expertise to TPCM as non-executive Chairman.

Eric Purdy (Managing Director) has more than 25 years experience in Life Insurance, the majority of which has been spent in technical areas. He was Chief Underwriter and Underwriting & Claims Manager at the M&G Group where his work included responsibility for the philosophy and professional practice of the underwriting and claims management of all types of life and disability business for the Group as well as for the profitability of the mortality and morbidity accounts.

David Cunnah (Chief Medical Officer) is a Consultant General Physician based in Chelmsford whose responsibilities include the running of Diabetes Care within the local hospitals trust. He is currently the Clinical Director for General Medicine, A&E and Cancer Services.

Gordon Sills (Marketing) - although the bulk of Gordon’s career was as a reassurer, he was always closely in touch with the issues affecting life companies. First as Underwriting Manager and later as Marketing Manager of M&G Re he worked alongside both established and new companies in the development of their underwriting and claims philosophies and then helped with the infrastructure and processes necessary to ensure their successful implementation.

Delphine Sharp (Company Secretary) has spent most of her career in administration, the majority of which has been with insurance companies performing a wide variety of tasks at senior level.
